Payment dates
How we calculate it
The bonus period runs from 1 May to 31 December, 245 days. Days of leave, sick days and public holidays count as days of work.
For the whole period, the bonus is one month’s salary. For part of it, it is 2/25 of your salary for every 19 days. On daily pay, it is 2 days’ pay for every 19 days, up to 25.
The bonus gets 4.1666% on top, the share of the holiday allowance.
Your contributions to e-EFKA, the social security fund, at 13.37%, and the tax come off the gross bonus. The tax uses the average tax rate of your salary for 2026.
We checked the rules on 19 October 2026. The result is an estimate. It does not replace your payroll or your accountant.
