How we calculate it
The tool counts the full years from your hiring to the day of the notice.
The years give the months of notice. Your last day of work is the day before the months are complete.
For comparison, the tool works out the severance with your salary: half with notice, in full without it.
We checked the rules on 19 October 2026. The result is an estimate. It does not replace your payroll or your accountant.
