- Each hour from 22:00 to 06:00 is paid with a 25% premium.
- On the minimum wage, the premium is €1.38 an hour.
- On a Sunday night, the premiums add up: 25% and 75%.
How we calculate it
The hourly pay is the salary divided by 25, times 6, divided by 40.
The premium is 25% of the hourly pay, for each night hour. On Sundays the 75% is added too.

Can the salary already include the premium?
No. The premium is paid on its own, even if your salary is above the minimum.
Does the night premium carry contributions?
Since 2025, the premium carries no contributions if you work full time. It is taxed like your salary.
