My goals
How much to save each month, and when you get there.
Your goals are measured against your net pay, and your emergency fund against your essential spending.

How goals work
With a month, the monthly amount is what is left to save, divided by the months until then. With no month, we count 12 months.
With a fixed amount, the goal shows the month you get there. If it also has a month, it shows whether you will be late.
An emergency fund covers 3 to 6 months of essential spending: housing, groceries, transport, health and bills.
A saving in your expenses can go to a goal. It then joins the history of the goal, and deleting it takes it out again.
Bonuses are the easiest source for a goal: they come on top of your salary, and you do not count on them for monthly spending.
