How we calculate it

The minimum wage, with the three-year increments, goes through the same calculation as any salary: e-EFKA contributions of 13.37% and tax on the 2026 scale.

Each three-year increment adds 10% to the minimum wage, up to 3 increments.

We checked the rules on 19 October 2026. The result is an estimate. It does not replace your payroll or your accountant.
