At a glance

- €1,400 with 14 salaries gives €15,360.94 net a year. €1,600 with 12 salaries gives €15,090.72.
- An offer with 12 salaries and no bonuses needs a higher gross to match an offer with 14.
- The tool compares the net of the year, not only of the month.
How we calculate it
Each offer goes through the same calculation as the “Gross to net” tool.
The net of the year is the net of the month times the salaries of the year.
We checked the rules on 19 October 2026. The result is an estimate. It does not replace your payroll or your accountant.
