Your spending is measured against your net pay and your plan. The 30% card rule counts against your income.
Your profile stays in this browser. You create no account, and we send nothing anywhere.
Download the transactions of your card or account from your e-banking, as CSV or XML. It also reads the file from “Export CSV”. The file stays in your browser and is never uploaded.
The law asks for card or bank spending equal to 30% of your income, up to €20,000. Any shortfall is taxed at 22%. Cash does not count.
How expenses work
Every expense stays in this browser. For another device, keep a backup from your profile, or export a CSV.
A note you have used before brings back the category from last time. A known shop, such as “Sklavenitis” or “Shell”, brings its own. The search finds words without accents, and amounts.
Bills show in their month with a dashed outline, until you enter them. You set them up in Bills.
A supermarket receipt with food and household goods splits into two categories. Its parts stay together in the list.
A refund counts as negative: it lowers the spending of its category, and your card purchases.
A rule gives a category to every note that contains a word, and it can rename the note. A rule comes before your choice from last time.
An import from your bank keeps only the money that went out. Income counts in your profile. An expense you already have, with the same day, amount and note, does not come in twice.
The 30% counts against your taxable income for the year, from your profile. Card and bank payments count, cash does not.
The CSV opens in Excel with Greek settings: a semicolon between fields and a comma for decimals. “Import” reads it back, with its categories.
