How we calculate it
The basic salary is the salary of the first grade, plus a fixed amount for each further grade.
The family allowance is added to the basic salary.
From the pay come the deductions, 17.72%, and the tax on the 2026 scale, over 12 salaries.
We checked the rules on 19 October 2026. The result is an estimate. It does not replace your payroll or your accountant.
