How we calculate it
The market: the average full-time pay of the sector on ERGANI for 2025, times the ratio of the group of the profession, the age and the size in the Structure of Earnings Survey 2022, and times the factor of Attica.
Your standing: your pay divided by the market. More than 10% less puts you “below”, more than 10% more puts you “above”.
The share of employees: the pay bands of ERGANI for 2025, with a straight line inside each band.
The agreements and the public sector: the base pay of the role at your years of experience, when a scale lists your profession.
The employers: the companies of your sector with a cost per employee above the average of the sector, from their statements.
We checked the rules on 19 October 2026. The result is an estimate. It does not replace your payroll or your accountant.

Frequently asked questions
Where does the market figure come from?
From the same sources as the page of the profession: the average pay of the sector on ERGANI for 2025, shaped by the Structure of Earnings Survey 2022 for the group, the age and the size.
Why does my package come out above the market?
The market for a year has 14 salaries, with no bonus or benefits. Your package has them. Compare the monthly pay first.
Do the employers it shows pay everyone better?
Not always. The cost per employee is for the whole company, with the employer contributions. It shows where staff costs run high, not the pay of one role.
