Three-year increments
At a glance
Trieties are the increases on the minimum wage for prior service. Every three years add 10%, up to three increments, so up to 30%.
With three increments, the 2026 minimum wage becomes €1,196. The increments were frozen in 2012, and the rule for the years after that is not entirely clear.
