When must the Easter bonus be paid?
By Holy Wednesday, 28 April 2027. Joint ministerial decision 19040/1981 sets the date, for every employee in the private sector.
Why does the day change every year?
Because the bonus is paid on Holy Wednesday, and Easter falls on a different day each year. In 2027, Easter Sunday falls on 2 May.
