Christmas bonus
At a glance
The Christmas bonus is one salary plus 4.1666%, if you worked from 1 May to 31 December. For fewer days, it is 2/25 of the salary for every 19 days. Your employer pays it by 21 December.
Every private-sector employee is entitled to the bonus: on a monthly salary or a daily wage, full time or part time. On a daily wage, the bonus is 25 days of pay.
If you leave earlier
However your job ends, you get the bonus for the days you worked. The base is your salary on your last day.
