Easter bonus
At a glance
The Easter bonus is half a salary plus 4.1666%, if you worked from 1 January to 30 April. For fewer days, it is 1/30 of the salary for every 8 days. Your employer pays it by Holy Wednesday.
On a daily wage, the Easter bonus is 15 days of pay. The base is your salary 15 days before Easter Sunday.
When Easter comes late
The period always closes on 30 April. When Easter falls in May, the bonus is still due by Holy Wednesday.
