Net pay
At a glance
Net pay is the amount that reaches your bank account: your gross pay, once e-EFKA contributions and income tax come off.
Your net pay changes with your children and your age, because they change your tax. Two colleagues on the same gross salary can take home different net pay.
Why it changes from month to month
Overtime, public holidays and the allowances in your contract raise the net pay of a month. Unpaid days lower it. The bonuses come separately: in December, in April and with your leave.
