In plain words
The decision sets who gets the heating allowance, with limits on income and property, and an amount from €100 to €1,200.
Households under the income and property limits that heat with heating oil, natural gas, electricity, firewood or pellets.
You apply on myAADE, with your IBAN declared there. The fuel purchases that suppliers report to AADE, the tax authority, count too.
The amount depends on how cold your area is rated and on the fuel.
For electricity, the allowance comes separately, based on your consumption in winter.
